Impulse Engineering was founded in 2004 by Bruce Pearman, MSEE. Mr. Pearman has more than twenty-five years of experience in the electronics, computer, communications, instrumentation and manufacturing industries. He has worked as a senior engineer and manager for companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Federal Express, MCI and Atmel.
	Mr. Pearman has received numerous awards for innovation and performance from past employers and is the primary listing on numerous U.S. patents in medical and instrumentation designs.
